This course provides participants with the skills to plan their projects and develop practical schedules. Additionally, participants will learn techniques to monitor and control the project’s schedule and budget. Finally, the course will cover managing stakeholders' expectations and engaging them effectively.
The course uses interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the consultant and participants. The course also includes group exercises, case studies, and plenary discussions. In addition, this course incorporates pre- and post-testing.
