Overview

Why Attend

Ask a facilities team where a piece of equipment is, when it was last serviced, or how much space sits empty on the third floor, and the honest answer is often: it depends who you ask. That uncertainty is expensive. CAFM exists to remove it — giving facilities teams a single, structured source of truth for space, assets, and maintenance instead of scattered spreadsheets and institutional memory.

The value, though, lives in the details: how well CAFM software is configured, how rigorously asset tracking is maintained, and how tightly maintenance scheduling is integrated into daily operations. The Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Systems and Digital Workplace Solutions training course, gets facilities professionals past the sales pitch and into the practical mechanics of running a CAFM system that teams actually trust and use.

Participants leave knowing how to evaluate facilities technology, configure a system around real operational needs, and turn CAFM from an underused database into a genuine decision-making tool.
